Wendy Hoffman worked a long time with me while I searched for the right place and time for me to buy…I was buying from out of state and she accommodated me in every way possible to help me make this most important decision. When I finally found my place she was there for me every step of the way working with the financial, closing and insurance people as well as the association people of the complex that I was buying into. We recently purchased a second home in Palm Harbor and had the pleasure of using Wendy Hoffman as our Realtor. We cannot say enough about Wendy. Our primary residence is in Pennsylvania and Wendy was very flexible and accommodating during our home search, diligently sending us new listings the moment they hit the market and doing numerous showings via FaceTime. And her commitment did not end once the sale was complete – she has assisted us with finding local contractors for lawn care and pool maintenance, and has taken it upon herself to stop by and check on the house several times since closing. Wendy was great! She went above and beyond what she needed to do and was always pleasant and delightful. When we listed our home with Wendy it went under contract within 24 hours. Meanwhile the house next door (same floor plan) didn’t sell for month. When it finally did sell, after a few price reductions, it went for a much lower price than ours did.
We started looking for a home. Wendy must have shown us well over 2 dozen houses. She wanted to make sure we found the right house for our family’s needs. She was incredibly informative and always came to the showings prepared with all the information about the house, comps and neighborhood. Once we found the house we liked, she managed to get us under contract against two other offers that came in before ours, one of which was a higher bid than ours. She worked hard to get us that house against higher offers and at the best price which ended up being well under the appraised value. We couldn’t be happier with where we ended up. Closing both times was very smooth, with no problems. We were in and out both times as buyers and sellers in about an hour and ½. She also managed to help us lock in the lowest interest rate possible.
